FAQ

Is this real medical care?
Yes. You consult with a licensed clinician via video, receive a real diagnosis and prescription if appropriate, and have ongoing clinical oversight. This is telehealth — not a wellness app.
Do I need to send labs?
Sometimes. Your provider will let you know what's needed after your initial consultation. We can order labs directly, or work with results you already have.
What if my state doesn't cover a specific treatment?
We'll tell you upfront. Some treatments have state-specific restrictions and we won't prescribe outside what's legally permitted in your state.
How is this different from Hims or Ro?
Those platforms are built for volume. ojava is built for patients who want a real clinical relationship — someone who knows your history, tracks your progress, and adjusts your protocol over time.
Do you take insurance?
No. We accept HSA/FSA payments.
